Healing Rain...

There's just something about a gentle, soaking rain
As it falls steadily, refreshingly, assuredly onto the ground.
Its soothing rhythm relaxes our minds.
Its cleansing power moves our souls.
Its nurturing substance quenches a thirsty land.
It often brings laughter and dancing from grateful hearts.

As God's love surrounds our lives.
His soothing Presence relaxes our minds.
His cleansing power washes our stains.
His grace and mercy quench thirsty souls.
He steadily brings joy and hope to grateful hearts.
